Shipping + Local Pick Up Policy

There is a $6 flat rate fee on all orders under $100 that are shipped. Customers may upgrade to Priority Shipping and can select this option at checkout. Orders that are over $100 will get free shipping.

*orders that include Howard Soap Co. products will automatically have a shipping fee added based on weight.

Orders typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. We utilize USPS and UPS.

You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. We will also contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if there was an error in the listing. 

Liability Statement:
Stevie Ann is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities if you have an issue. Stevie Ann is not responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, improper washing/care, or removal of any tags. We are also not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to provided mailing addresses that are NOT verified or inaccurately entered. 


International Shipping:
International shipping is available. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout according to your entered location.

Local Pick Up Orders
If a customer selects Pick Up at checkout, they will receive an email when their order is ready. Orders can be picked up during business hours. We ask that customers please pick up their orders within 1-2 business days.
