Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for store credit within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Must show proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. ALL items must be returned with tags/stickers attached and with original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of misuse, wear, odor, stains, damage or alteration. Returns will be refused if outside of return policy timeframe, if tags are missing, or if the receipt is not present.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please ensure you use tracking or consider insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of your return. Also ensure your returned item(s) is packaged properly to avoid damage. Damage incurred during shipping is not the responsibility of Stevie Ann and we reserve the right to refuse returns.

Gift cards, sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Defective items:
If you have received a defective item, please email us within 48 hours to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our shop is attempted. 

If you should receive a shipment that arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package itself and the damage that occurred during shipment within 48 hours and email us. If the carrier is present and the damage is evident, please show to the carrier immediately. This allows us to contact the carrier and report the damage properly for appropriate refund actions. 

Stevie Ann is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Please include your proof of purchase. Once we receive your return in the mail, you will be given a unique code with your store credit amount.
